Borland Development Corporation was founded more than eighteen years (18) ago when Philippine Belt Manufacturing Corporation embarked on a housing program
for the benefit of all its employees that leads to the development of Estrella Homes 1 Subdivision in Almar, Kalookan
City.
The project was such a success. Hence, it was immediately followed by succeeding projects such as the Villa San Jose Subdivision, in
San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Estrella Homes II Subd. in Deparo,
Kalookan; Celina Homes 1 Subd. also in Kalookan, which served as a model
for all the Celina series. Celina Homes 2, 3, and 4 were developed and
sold out in a very short span of time and so were Carlisle Mansion,
Estrella Homes 3 Subd. and San Vicente Subdivision.
On 2002, Borland Development Corporation expanded its projects in Sta. Rosa, Laguna wherein Celina Homes 5 Subdivision, a 711–unit project was developed simultaneously with Celina Homes Technopark and Celina Mansion Subdivision, both located in Brgy. Loma, Biñan, Laguna. Another expansion project was made in Cavite, named Celina Royale Bacoor, along Niog, Rd, Bacoor, Cavite which was sold out in a span of 3 weeks. A lot of projects in Laguna and Cavite followed, such as Summerhill Townhomes Subd. 1, 2, and 3 in Molino IV, Bacoor, Cavite; Pamela Homes Subd., Dasmariñas, Cavite; Morning View Subd., Brgy. Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite; Celina Plains Subd.Ph. 1 and 2 in Brgy. Labas, Sta. Rosa, Laguna; Lake Ville Subd., San Pedro, Lagun; and Lake Ville 2 Subd. in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
The latest addition to the roster of projects that Borland developed
are Estrella Homes in Marilao; Summit View Subd.in Montalban, Celina
Royale 2in Niog Rd. Bacoor, Cavite. New and upcoming projects are
Estrella Homes 4in Kawit, Cavite, Lake Ville Subd. Ph 2in Sta. Rosa and
Celina Plains Ph 3also in Sta. Rosa.
